Site/Project Coordination
Before every trailer is moved even an inch, our on-site specialists make sure that everything on both the inside and outside of the coach is appropriately packed and prepared for transport. Upon arrival at each location, we ensure that the coach is properly set-up and that all trailer related aspects are functioning properly. But, once we walk away, is the hospital staff completely prepared to operate your precious equipment?
For a nominal fee, BMG On-Site Specialist will spend the additional time necessary at the delivery location to ensure that the hospital staff is properly trained on the operation of the various coach features. When choosing to use BMG for your site coordination, our on-site specialist will train the techs and/or hospital maintenance staff in the correct handling of issues such as:
Safety issues and emergency procedures
Functioning/controls of the lift
Functioning/controls of the roll doors
Functioning/controls of the heating and air conditioning
Leveling the coach
Location and operation of breakers and other electrical equipment
Answering questions from hospital staff
